What Does My Order Status Mean?

Wondering what’s going on with your order? You can check on it anytime by signing in to My Orders and opening the order’s details page. Read on to find out exactly what’s going on during each order status.

Your order will present 5 statuses, which are

Pending

Processing

Shipped

Complete

Cancelled


a)      Pending

You have successfully placed the order, but we have not received your payment yet. If you selected Western Union at checkout, your order status will stay “Pending” while we wait for your payment to reach our account. Generally, we receive Western Union payments within 72 hours on working days after you send us your western union control number and the related information(Order Number, Amount, Sender’s First and Last Name, Email Address, Country and your Phone Number).

If you decide not to pay for an order that is pending, you can simply not make the payment and it will automatically expire.

b)      Processing
We are gathering all the items in your order and putting them through strict quality control checks.

Capless + Synthetic Hair:  3-5 calendar days;

    Lace Front + Top Quality High Heated Fiber:  3-5 
calendar days;

   Capless + Human Hair:  5-7 working days;

   Lace Front + Human Hair: 7-10 working days;

   Full lace + Human Hair: 11-15 working days;

(Notes, wigs with length more than 20 inches and wigs in color that does not included in our color chart will require more days to be prepared)

c)      Shipped

We have shipped your package. You will receive an email from service@fairywigs.com with your tracking number, Courier Company and link for online tracking.

d)      Complete
Your order was delivered successfully. We invite you to give your precious reviews on your received items. Should you need a return, a replacement or any other support of the delivered products, please
contact us within 7 days.

e)      Cancelled
You requested a cancellation of this order. If you’d still like to purchase the items in your canceled order, please place a new order.
