Special Care Notices

1)     Please leave a phone number so that we can easily get in touch with you. Our courier will contact you before delivery. If for our carrier fails to get in touch with you or you are not available at home, your package will be kept at your local post office for you to pick it up. If a week goes by and you are still not available, your package will be shipped back to us, or destroyed there and then.

2)      Please note that Customs inspection may increase the delivery time if your package is held up by Customs officials. Due to longer customs clearance time, Standard Shipping time will be extended to 15-30 business days for Brazil and 10-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.

3)      Due to severe weather or flooding, there may be some brief delivery delay on packages to Australia, especially in New South Wales and Victoria.

4)      During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1) and Chinese New Year (February 10), shipments from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected. Deliveries for orders placed around these holidays may be delayed 2-6 days.

5)      Whatever the situation, we will be committed to send your items to you before the date you need.
