How to Cancel My Order?

Cancellation before Payment

If you haven’t paid for your order, you don’t need to contact us to cancel it. We will not process your order before your payment. If your order hasn't been paid for 30 days, it will be cancelled automatically.
If your order has been placed for more than a week without being paid, please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, as prices of items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and currency conversions. You are supposed to re-place a new order.


Cancellation after Payment

If you have already made your payment for your order and you want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Usually, an order can be cancelled before its shipment.


(1).Oders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
(2).Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for 60% refund.
(3).Orders cancelled after 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for 15% refund.
(4).Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Please avoid rejecting the packages. Packages rejected doesn't mean that the order has been cancelled. Our customers will be responsible for all costs incurred due to package rejection. Please also be reminded that packages delivered unsuccessfully due to our customer’s responsibility, our customers will be responsible for all the costs that hence incurred (including customs charges). Our customer will need to pay for the shipping fee to send the items once again. If not, the order will be canceled automatically and our customer will be eligible for 10% refund.


In case of a refund, the refund will be issued back via the original payment method and it may take up to 20-30 calendar days for the payment to be processed.
