Fail to Receive an Item?

If you fail to receive an item you ordered, it may be because of the following reasons:

1), Item overdue

2). Item is in transit

3) Item already delivered

4) Item returned to sender


1), Item overdue

If it has passed the date of our processing time posted at our website, and you still haven't received an email notifying the shipping of your order, please email to service@fairywigs.com, Subject “Order Number + overdue”. We will give you a soonest reply within 24 hrs.

2). Item is in transit

If your item have been shipped, but you still haven't received it after waiting for several days, please note that standard shipping time varies with weather, your destination, customs check and other uncontrollable factors. If your package has been shipped since 15 days and you still didn't receive it, please email to service@fairywigs.com, Subject “Order Number + In transit”

3) Item already delivered

If your item have been shipped but you didn't received it. And the tracking data shows that it has been delivered. Please go visit your neighbor to check if they have signed your package for you, or please contact your local post office to inquire about your package. If still no results can be found, please email to service@fairywigs.com, Subject “Order Number + Already Delivered”.

4) Item returned

You ordered item will be returned to Fairywigs if the courier failed to contact you upon delivery or to clear your package, or your shipping address is not valid. If you want your order to be shipped back to you again, please email to service@fairywigs.com, Subject “Order Number + Item Returned re-shipping”. Please remember to confirm your shipping details and phone number to assure successful delivery. You are supposed to pay for the shipping fee this time for re-shipping your package.
