7 Day Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fairywigs.com.

We gladly accept returns on all Qualified return products (see below) within 7 working days of receiving your order. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.

Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange it for the same item, but remember that all costs (shipping cost, reshipping cost and customs fee) incurred due to returning and reshipping should be borne by our customers. 

Conditions Qualified for Return or Exchange

Receiving the wrong item—including wrong hair texture, color or style.

Package lost or damaged during shipping--(Note, if you believe the item was damaged during shipping, please provide photographs showing the damaged packaging. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the courier or you can reject it and contact us with evidence. Fairywigs will then ship you a new item immediately.

Items that are unaltered and unused and in factory condition with all original tags and packaging.

Conditions not Eligible for Return or Exchange (May Enjoy a Discount)

·         Custom made wig that is made to your requested size but doesn't fit properly.

           Personal reasons that you are not satisfied with your purchase, such as it doesn't look as good as imagined.

·         Slight color difference (please allow slight color difference due to the display settings of your computer monitor and ours, due to the light condition when the item was photographed, or occasionally due to your high expectation of the item).

·         Used, Altered,Lace was cut or Damaged Wig

·        Special sale items, shipping-in-24hr items, inventories, are sold at special discount/or final sale are not eligible for return/exchange 

·         Request submitted beyond the 7-working day period.

 Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 working days on receiving your item. Returns are not accepted if you ‘change your mind’ or decide that the ’style or color does not really suit me’. Please be aware that the pictures on our website are for reference, as the light and background difference it might slightly be different with the real products. Please email to service_joy@fairywigs.com to get return approval. Customers will have to pay for shipping of returned items. Please note that we will NOT accept a request for an exchange or refund if our customer returns the merchandise to us without prior notice or without approval. Once again, please remember that all costs (shipping cost and customs fee) incurred due to returning should be borne by our customers.  Please fill in the return form included in the package and send it back with the returned product.
